When we opened our doors on Main Street, the idea was simple: give Folkston a place where the coffee is poured with care, the pastries come out of the oven that morning, and every person who walks in feels like they belong.
We source our coffee beans thoughtfully, bake our goods by hand, and pick every item on our grocery shelves the way we'd pick for our own tables. That's not a marketing line — it's just how we do things.
